The case did arrive quickly, but when I put it on my phone it was not a good fit...every time I opened my phone the top piece came off. Eventually i just took it off....the rest of the case cracked about 4 days after i got it. I just got a new case that has a rubber look and it actually stays on my phone and looks way better...I would suggest that instead of the clear case.

I bought this. It broke after 2 drops. useless. I think it's the same as the Tmobile in-store shell for G1 (which also sucks).
Get the Body Glove rubberized shell instead. It costs more, but is WAY more durable.g1

G1 phones aren't the easiest to create a case for, and I commend the efforts of any company that has tried. I definitely thought I might be able to get away with buying this $0.01 version, but definitely regret the effort. The case is incredibly bulky. The backing doesn't even snap onto my phone correctly. Instead, it latched itself on at an angle, leaving a large gap between one side of the phone and the case. Trying to remove it was terrifying - it could almost pull the phone backing away from the screen - kind of scary. Needless to say, I won't be using this cover.
With a sliding keyboard that is essential for using the phone, I don't know that any cheap cases are going to be very high quality or practical. My suggestion is to find a product with consistently great reviews and to shell out a little bit more money.
This might work for some people, but I felt like it made the phone so big it was reminiscent of early cell phones.
On the plus side, shipping was speedy.

I just got this for my sons G1 and although it looks great the part that snaps on the screen prevents it from sliding open to use the keyboard with ease. Its does open, but scraches and drags on the keys. Guess since I only paid .01 cent I cant expect too much!!!

Never received it...has been 2 months...no explanation...I order a handful of things from amazon every month and have never has problems with delivery before. My co-worker purchased the same product from the same company and also never received it. I dunno...
