They sent me a second one because the first one was USED and abused. They only sent a replacement because I was threatening to have the charges reversed.I don't care for the retailer. No issues with Amazon or the second phone cover.

I was so exited to when I got my zebra CASE.ITS A NICE CASE BUT THE ONLY BAD THING ABOUT IT IS THAT I DIDNT GET TO ENJOY IT AS LONG AS I THOUGHT I WOULD.THE TOP COVER BROKE IN LESS THAN A WEEK,THAT I HAD IT.WHEN I TRIED TO SNAP THE TOP COVER ON I WAS ABLE TO ONLY SNAP IN ONE SIDE..WHEN TRYING THE OTHER SIDE IT BROKE AND NOW I HAVE ONLY THE BOTTOM HALF OF THE CASE.I WOULD HAVE LIKED IT IF IT WAS EASY TO FIT IT IN PLACE.I LOVE THE DESIGN SO DESPITE EVERYTHING IM STILL BUYING ANOTHER ONE.I CANT SEEM TO FIND A NICE CASE FOR MY LG SHINE PHONE ANYWHERE!
