This cover is all hard plastic...as advertised and is as cheap as it sells for. It wouldn't stay on the phone and kept falling off. I don't even know where it is now, it was so cheap, I never sent it back and chalked it up to buying bad fruit...is it worth my time and money to make the effort to return it with the cost of shipping etc? Nope...it wasn't. When I do find it, it'll go right in the trash.

Don't bother to order this item. It is cheap, malformed and doesn't fit my phone. It would cost more to send it back than it is worth so I just threw it away.

SEEMS OK SO FAR...FITS THE PRE RATHER WELL, HOWEVER SINCE ITS TWO SEPERATE PIECES I DONT THINK IT WILL HOLD UP TOO WELL ON A SLIDER PHONE. SNAP ON CASES ARE GOOD OVER CANDYBAR TYPE PHONES CAUSE THEY SNAP INTO EACH OTHER LEAVING NO WIGGLE ROOM. I DONT FORSEE THIS BEING THE CASE ON A SLIDER LIKE THE PRE..SEEMS VERY CHEAP PLASTIC...IF THERE ARE CHANGES I WILL UPDATE...! I ADDED ANOTHER STAR TO THE RATING. I HAVE NO PROBLEMS WITH IT COVERING SLIDING OR GESTURE AREAS..I TRIED TO GET IT OFF TO APPLY A SCREEN COVER AND IT DIDNT WANT TO COME OFF. JUST SLIP A CREDIT CARD UNDER IT.THE ONLY PROBLEM I SEE SO FAR IS, THAT THE TWO PIECES RUB SO SLIDING IT UP ISNT AS SMOOTH AS IT SHOULD BE.

best case ever clicks on very firmly won't come off unless you slide a card under it to remove it I've dropped it millions of times already not a single damage to my phone case never comes apart love it buy it worth more than it cost excellent

I own a Pre but not this case. I like the look of the case but because of the fit of the case it is impossible that the Pre would be functional to do literally anything except answer an incoming call, and I'm not certain you can swipe far enough down for that either. For any other app it is impossible to use without full access to the gesture area, which is fully covered by this case. Furthermore, the Pre's keyboard is very low profile, making a cover for it also likely to eliminate the functionality of the phone. The slip case that comes with the Pre is the ideal case for it as it fully removes for use and the soft fabric keeps the phone fingerprint and dirt free. An additional case would be extraneous. Remember what Carson Kressley always said,"Your phone is NOT an accessory. Get it OFF your belt."
