I bought one black snap on cover and one blue snap on cover for my Lg env touch phone and neither one of them fit. The covers pop of whenever i try to open the phone and use the qwerty keyboard inside. I tried to return the products and the customer service person was not willing to help me in returning the items that I had purchased.

Overall, no significant problems. Fits perfectly. A lot darker than it should be, almost purple, but more of a shining royal blue. The case itself is a lot thinner than I thought, meaning it's not the thick rubbery type of cover that would offer more protection when dropped, but for the price it was very good, and still is fairly protective. It came with a picture of a Voyager inside, but said Voyager 2 (aka EnV Touch) on it, so don't wory about that. It fits fine.

I received this item in the mail and when I opened it, it was such a dark shade of blue that it almost looked dark purple. I am very disappointed by the color and I returned this item right away. Also, the piece of cardboard inside showed a picture of a Voyager, not an enV Touch.

The seller labeled this item as a case for LG enV Touch and the VX11000 however this case does not work with the enVtouch therefore i cannot really use it
