The good, after you install the screen protector it it looks fine. Touch input not affected on keypad. Does seem to reduce glare and seems more resistant to smudging.

The bad, the instructions are really vague and it doesn't come with the installation card that is mentioned in the instructions. You probably won't need it anyway. Take my advice if you purchase this item.

Installation......Clean the surface of your phone so that it has no streaks smudges etc and make sure that NOTHING can accidentally get blown on it like a little piece of bread crumb. Before you peel back the lower protector screen do a few practice installs starting at the bottom then attempt to line up the top. This will help you when you actually apply the protector to the phones screen. Take note of how the lower portion of the protector lines up with the lower part of the screen. This is where you start from. Now take note of the protector. The blue tab with the 1 on it is going to be peeled off partially to allow the sticky part of the screen to be exposed. "Note, the screen has 2 thin plastic films on it. One on top one on the bottom." Step one, line up the screen protector with the blue lable side down and the straight edge lining up as you did in your practice run. 2 peel back an inch or less of the thin plastic film to expose the sticky side to the protector screen and line it up above the menu items on the phone. 3 partially apply the two surfaces together mating about 1/4 inch and make sure they line up from the bottom to the top. When it matches you can start to slowly apply the protector by removing more of the the blue thin plastic film while pressing the protector to the phones screen. Make sure you get all of the bubbles out rubbing from the center outward to each side. You will get great results if your patient and apply no more than a half inch at a time. If you get some bubbles along the way you can peel back the plastic and rub or use a credit card to squeegee the bubbles out. It's really not as hard as it seems. If you can find a youtube of the installation that would be the way to go.

"Wonderful screen protector, vague instructions..." 2010-02-15

I can't even tell this screen is on my phone! It is very good quality, and my phone's touch screen has no problem working with it. The one thing I do not like is the instructions. I've applied other screen protectors before and didn't think I even needed instructions. I was always used to only ONE peel-away backing (like applying a sticker). This one has a front and a back peel-away, but are not labeled well. I ended up getting my finger print on the upper left corner and lower right corner of the protector. Those areas will not stick to the phone now and look like little bubbles. There should definitely be a picture diagram instructions, not just text.
