I just received my phone cover in the mail and it is NOT the right color. The one I received is more of a "Barney" purple and the the light, almost metallic purple shown in the pictures. However, the cover is easy to put on and seems to fit the phone well.

i totally love this color. the picture display matches the real thing showing a dull metalic lavender color. i like how the surface feels rubbery, providing more of a grip for the samsung impression. i dropped this phone for a few times already after purchasing it within a couple of days only. the phone is VERY slippery and definitely could use something that offers more grip to prevent it from sliding out of your pocket/purse. both front and back cases snap to the phone snuggly. although the outer coating of the case feels rubbery, the case itself is pretty much hard plastic underneath. it protects my phone very well from drops and gives it a very pleasant look. it feels like taking your phone to an auto body shop and giving it a new skin. love the color!
