I am very satisfied with this product. I inherited a red Blackberry 8310 from a friend, but disliked the color and wanted a less worn looking case. The phone looks brand new!
That said, I wouldn't recommend the kit unless you're fairly handy, enjoy taking things apart or don't have a great personal/financial investment in the outcome. If you're the nervous type, you will be very uncomfortable with the process. However, it is pretty straightfoward. There are lots of videos and instructions online for taking the unit apart. That won't be the problem. Getting the thing back together is the tricky part-- it takes some time to figure out how everything is lined up and where it all snaps together.
On my first attempt, the unit had a bulge on the side and the keys were misaligned and not working. No biggie-- I took it all apart and got it right the second time around.
As for the other reviews, I can tell you that this item fits the 8310 nicely. I really don't think that the size of the 8320 or the 8330 is any different, but I can't say for sure. As for the bulging issue, I think it is just a matter of lining up the pieces properly. There is maybe a 1/20 inch bulge at the top left hand side of the screen, but it could have been there before for all I know. Either way, it is nearly inperceptable. If you have more than this, you didn't put it together properly.
So, go ahead and buy this with confidence if you have an 8310 and feel like you are up for the challenge.

It's the correct product matching the correct Blackberry but it didn't fit properly and bulged at the sides even after making several adjustments. I took it to an expert who also could not make it fit correctly

I cant find any fault with this product, it fit my blackberry perfectly. no issues, i cant find any reason to faul the product.
be advised, the 8330 and 8310 are slightly different in size, make sure this is the one you want.
