I didn't have the item a week and I never dropped it. However, the piece that hold the cover to the phone broke and of course I couldn't use it after that. A waste of the money i believe.

They shipped it pretty quickly. It fit fine with my phone and works well to protect it. Since receiving it I have dropped it twice and didn't even scratch the case. The only thing that I would change about this case is that the edges are white. To clarify when I say "edges", I mean on both case parts where they would be facing each other when closed shows white along the inside edge. Not really a big deal, but slightly noticeable. I'm still very pleased with this product and was way worth the money. It was definitely better than spending 25 bucks or so for a case through Verizon and I'm pleased. I have had it for about 2 months.
