this item is very solid and fits well. if you have a Samsung Trance, this case will allow access to all major buttons, but keep phone covered while still being able to slide open. I highly recommend it.

Good:

Here's why I would buy it again.



* Paid less than $5 for this phone cover/case, including shipping.

* Covers are plastic but with a "rubberized" feel to the outside. Feels good in your hand.

* Snapped right into place, perfect fit. Even maintains the phone's unique curves. Buttons and ports are all still easily accessible.

* Protects the majority of the phone and has proper ventilation for speakers, etc. No issues with hearing or being heard while on a call. No issues with speakerphone while on a call or playing music.

* Makes it easier to slide this phone open.

* Not as bulky and definitely not as ugly as leather cases.



Not So Good:

I can't really call most of these points "Bad" because they are inherent with the type of product.



* Makes your phone slightly more bulky.

* Does not protect the screen or the touch sensitive keypad.

* Does hide some of the phone's styling/trim.

* Parts of the cover are not painted, and although most of these can not be seen since they are under the cover between the phone, there are certain parts along the edges of the cover that can.



Summary:

I would definitely buy this product again. It strike a good balance between protecting the majority of the phone while not taking too much away from the phone's styling and ease of use.

Excellent fit, seems durable and low profile. Combined with a decent screen protector I feel like the wife's phone is well protected. Her phone is Red and it goes well with a black cover.
